How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Standard international shipping takes 7-15 business days, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is dispatched.
Are Thorn watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our timepieces feature a water resistance rating of at least 100m to 200m (10-20 ATM), making them suitable for swimming and professional marine activity.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Additionally, every Thorn watch comes with a 12-month international warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What materials are used in the construction of the watches?
We utilize premium materials including 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and high-quality C3 Super-LumiNova for superior visibility in low light.
Do I have to pay international customs duties?
